Overall Coordinators
We might lead i-Help, but i-Help will be known for the efforts of the complete core team and contributions by the 250+ member strong volunteer base. It is their efforts which are responsible for the impact that we have been able to make over the years. We are merely a guiding force who channelises their efforts. We intend to bring the best outcome from our team by identifying and utilising their expertise.
Academic Team
All children have dreams and the right to strive for them. But few have the means to achieve them. The Academic Vertical works to attain equality of opportunities by bridging the gap. We aim at making the children capable of fulfilling their dreams and reaching their goals. With the help of uniquely crafted booklets, worksheets, and video modules, we provide them with a creative learning experience. We not only focus on their academic progress but also their wholesome development. By implementing engaging teaching methodologies, we ensure that they can learn step by step, and they can use the learnings in their everyday life. Our goal this year is to reach out to as many children as we can and help them discover and realise their true potential. We wish to enable them to contribute to society and future developments.
Human Resources and Operations Team
From the scheduling of the visits to organising various events and everything in between, the HR and Operations vertical does it all.
If there's anything that i-Help wants, this vertical is the one they call.
Tasks like collecting feedback, maintaining attendance, and communicating with everyone, are what we fulfil while making sure that morale doesn't fall.
We may work behind the scenes, but we sure are the backbone of it all.

Nurturing education in the hearts of underprivileged children ignites the flame of hope, empowering them to transcend circumstances, shatter barriers, and realize their boundless potential. I am deeply grateful to i-Help for entrusting me with the invaluable opportunity to ignite that flame and bring a change.
Media & Public Relations Team
If i-Help is a stage, we serve as its spotlight. We, the Media & PR team, are the face of i-Help. From LinkedIn to Instagram, to this very page that you are looking at, we are behind it all. We wish to represent i-Help at its best by sharing not only the work we do but its impact on the world. This year, we aim to go beyond just being a mirror of i-Help's operations, and bring the students, their dreams and their potentials to the limelight, with a vision to show the world that no dream is small, and every goal is achievable.
Projects Team
Here at Projects, we aspire to dive deep into a multitude of problems faced by the stakeholders of i-Help. We evaluate the effectiveness of i-Help's interventions in the past and explore new possibilities to enhance our students' learning experience. Though 'Qualitative' and 'Quantitative' are words we use on a daily basis, we aren't really sophisticated. We love all ideas and want the support of all our volunteers in making our research projects for the year 2020-21 a grand success.
